In the last week 

I haven't posted in a few days-just been CRAZY busy.  So figure I'd give you a heads up.

I am in my last week of the diet program-and then get to get back in the exercise side of it.

GOOD news is-I'm down 17.8 lbs!

Bad news is-I'm scared to death to ever put anything with sugar or carbs in my mouth! lol

I guess that's not so much bad news... but truth in fact that I am totally looking at food differently!

Down Baby Down.

So.. as I sit here after just eating my zillionth chicken breast and sliced tomatoes.. BLAH.  I'm feeling good.

It was late-and I was fammished .. but now this Mama's a Rockin' so don't come a Nockin'!

 I had a couple not cool days-but now the scale is listening... I'm down 10.4 lbs so far.. woohoo!

Woot!

I really have no idea where that came from... but I do know that when you have something your happy about on the web- you shout out WOOT!

Ok.. So here I am-

SKINNIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not going to ginx myself. 

BUT I'M DOWN 7.8 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again-no ginxing.  (I know I'm spelling that word wrong-but too lazy to look it up, k?)

I didn't check in yesterday.. but when I woke-scale was down 1.2 lbs

Then this morning- down .6lbs!!

EVEN AFTER A SNOW STORM PEOPLE!!  I did NOT cheat ONE TIME.  And I feel sooo empowered by it.

So... Here I am. Going into the weekend.  GULP.

But you know what... This is only day 8... Imagine when I'm on day 30! 

I know. I know. Your husband is going to think I am a HARD CORE HOT MOM.

Don't worry though.. Seriously.  Cause my hubby is cuter than yours.  Sowwy.

 

hahaha.

I can even tell my attitude.  My personality. My mentality is changing.

 

Cheers to a GREAT day.

 UPDATE:  MUST TELL YOU-My designer Joe's Jeans that I spent all my $$ on in Chicago are now hanging from my bathroom mirror.

Please Oh Lord, I promise to be really really good.... if you can just let me where those jeans again?

Ever hear that term 'Don't jinx it'?

DAY 1 & 2 LOADING DAYS - UP 3 LB

DAY 3:  SAME

DAY 4: -3.8

DAY 5: -2.8

DAY 6: +.6

Yeah.  Me and my big mouth!

So.. today is a SERIOUS snow day.  What do you normally do in the winter?

EAT MAC-N-CHEESE; FRENCH TOAST; HOT THICK CHUNKY SOUPS!!

And here I am.  Eating cabbage soup with 3.5 oz of shrimp.

Bleh.

So here is what I'm going to do-to continue on this 30 day Body Renewal.

I'm going to tell you my daily weigh in.  What I ate. And just share my feelings.

I google my diet DAILY and read other blogs..and they seem so inspired and on track by sharing their journey.

I'm resetting my metabolism.  I'm changing the way I and my body look at food.

And it's never fun to go on a trip by yourself, ya know?

So here's the deal:

AT THE END I'll share these NASTY before pics and measurements.....

But for now-i gotta eat.

FINALLY RESULTS!!

Wow. So my doc put me on this diet thingy... and it's too much of a pain to share all the details.

I started to on Twitter. But-I got REALLY annoyed with everyone's OPINION.

We are all entitled to them.... so I can dig it.

Anyway- Great news!

This is day 5 of the diet-and I'm down 6.6 lbs!!  VERY exciting for me... granted.  I have 40 more to go... but it's a great start!

I know. You're saying "OMG-that's UNHEALTHY".  Here's what I got to tell you.

I know.  I'm not stupid.  I've yo yo'd my entire life.  I was 180 lbs in 5th grade for crying out loud. 

I get it.

But I DO KNOW what I'm doing..and what I HAVE to do to make it LONG TERM.  Yes. that's the goal... not just a 'quick fix'....

So.. just do me a BIG favor.... and just be excited with me.

Don't judge and patronize me.  I know how to do it.

I did it in 2000 and kept it off for 7 yrs... It was hell.. but I did it.

I just need a jump start-And this is PRESCRIBED by my MEDICAL DOCTOR.
